Fabrication of large-area thin-film heterogeneous structure using plasma
-November 15th, Publication of "Application Surface Science" (IF: 4.44)-
Professor Kim Tae Sung of the Mechanical Engineering Department of the College of Engineering has developed the world's first technology for low-temperature synthesis of a large-sized MoS2-Graphene heterojunction structure.
The paper was published on November 15, 2018 in the international journal "Applied Surface Science" (IF: 4.44).
This project is the result of a study by the Korea Research Foundation (NRF-2017R1A2B3011222), the Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowship (NRF-2014R1A6A4A04058169), and the Individual Basic Research Support Project (NRF-2018R1D1A1B07040292) It is expected to contribute to application and commercialization of heterogeneous area.
